Many of us plan our Disney trips around the rides and attractions, but with new areas of the parks in development and Disney Springs continually changing, there are also a bunch of new restaurants coming to the parks. While some of these can only be found in Disney World, Disneyland has gotten it’s fair share of new restaurants in the past few years too. While these may not be as exciting as the new Star Wars area in Hollywood Studios, there are a bunch of new restaurants coming to the parks within the next few years and even later this year! Here are the latest restaurants coming to Disney World.
City Works Eatery & Pour House
City Works is a sports bar that is located all over the world from Pittsburgh and other northern states. However, Disney Springs will be getting a City Works Eatery and Pour House later this summer! You’ll be able to find this restaurant on the West Side of Disney Springs. This restaurant will have over 80 beers to choose from on draft, and even a 165-inch television for diners to watch the big game. There will be a lot of fun and unique appetizers and small bites here such as duck nachos and even kung pao cauliflower.
Topolino’s Terrace – Flavors of the Riviera
The new Riviera resort tower is set to open at Disney’s Carribean Beach Resort by the end of 2019. This new tower is going to be a place for Disney Vacation Club members to stay, and will also include a new place to eat with it. This restaurant will be located on the roof of the Riviera tower and will have a fantastic view of both the Hollywood Studios and Epcot fireworks at night. The menu will have a character breakfast option and will be French and Italian inspired food.
Space-themed restaurant
A new space-themed restaurant, name still not announced, will be coming to Epcot by hopefully the end of the year! This is going to be a table service location and will be beside the timeless Mission: SPACE attraction. This restaurant is described as an out of this world dining experience! While most of the menu and details about the restaurant are still being kept a secret, we do know that the Patina Restaurant group will be the ones operating this new restaurant. The menu will likely be inspired by international dishes and have more than 1,000 bottles of fine wine to choose from.
Regal Eagle Smokehouse: Craft Drafts and Barbecue
Regal Eagle Smokehouse: Craft Drafts and Barbecue Restaurant will be coming to the American World Showcase by the end of 2019. This dining location will replace the current Liberty Inn in the American Pavilion. The food at this dining location will be a new barbecue joint.
While there are still many more restaurants and ideas in the works, these are the main restaurants that are set to open within the next few years! When you plan your next Disney vacation, don’t forget to add these to your list of places to go!
